I don't think those particular stats are possible.
In order to have a Rati evolution you need either
Def + Pow = Dex + Mind, or Def + Mind = Pow + Dex

As you can see at level 100, the only way for me to make a Rati would be 5/45/50/0.

If you disagree with this, I'd be happy to do some more research for you.

But as for making it, it's no problem! ^_^

for the sato, as long as the mag doesnt have the leilla(resta) pb, any PB will be fine

IIRC, Rati is always black and red. Only the energy fin looking thing can change. Supposedly that is; all of mine are white.

iv got a rati thats 10def/140att/50dex thats white and 120%synchro and 200 iq if u want that for a demolition comet i would prefer the 1 with higher percentages and i got too many luck mats as well so tell me how many u want and im sure ill be able to suffice plz i really want a decent double saber! also i wouldnt mind makin an offer for asuka 2 ill throw in some bazookas and guilty light
