the drop rate is 0% i know but some pepole have it and use it on weapon before so the drop rate are a update ? ... if i never been online can i have a chance to get it ?

Damn it... that sticky does not help. The flow doesnt drop because ST was going to release it but hackers got to impatient and made the flow gene and weapons. ST was understandably pissedand decided not to release the drop rate patch since they figured everyone has one by now (i have all three weapons w/o hacking them... just traded for them.) i might be wrong but i read this somewhere so it's mere rumor but it makes sense.

All he wants to know is if he could get it or not, being offline.

Only way you'll get it is by trading for it(online or with someone offline who's gotten it), or "hacking" yourself one.
