Internet Problems

So yeah, someone/ something made the anti-virus spaz and block everthing from internet explorer, so evertime we tried to use it it says the whole "page could not be displayed" thing as if it was the internet connection that was the problem. So my family was pointing fingers etc. and my dad says that he called the people from Bell and he knew what the problem was, but the thing is he didnt decide to tell me that until like 5 days after.So today he decides to tell me and i fixed it in like 2 seconds. So thats why you guys problably haven't seen me in a while. Just pissed cuz the problem took 2 seconds to fix but he waited forever to tell me.
