What are you most excited about with PSU

My answer is is actually a number of things.
Between target strafing, the weapon selecting system
(I.E. the ability to dual wield or mixed wield weapons) and a host of other things has made this game THE most anticipated app for me in a very long time. Mostly though I'm glad to see a sci-fi MMO with such potential comming out instead of more orcs and goblins and elves on the menu.

The fact everything will be new and unknown again, from the rares, to the PM evolutions, to the enemies, and the bosses.

In all seriousness, the two things I'm happiest with is the fact that there's going to be a plot offline, and the sheer amount of character customization (both visual and mechanical) that you get to do.

For me one of the things I'm most excited about is the communal bank. Now I won't have to hunt items for each character since they can all share the items. Hunting God/Battles for each of my PSO characters was really time consuming. Others include having up 6 players in a team and the partner machinery.

Damn near everything, but mostly the chance to finally get back into the community (what with getting broadband soon and all). I haven't really been around since Dreamcast, I guess, and I was a stupid 12 year old then...I tried to get into Gamecube but that didn't really work out properly, and I kind of got bored. PSU looks like it might make me interested again.

Looking forward to;
An online Phantasy star game with no drop charts available at it's time of release; so everything fresh, exciting and can't simply be looked up on the internet in 2 seconds, the 6 player increase, bigger "town"/"lobby" areas for interacting with players, more freedom in customizing your characters stats (which will hopefully lead to player creating fairly unique characters and play styles rather than the pretty linear classes in PSO)...

...and the number one thing I'm looking forward to in PSU is...
That first initial period when the game remains cheat free! yes, my number one thing I enjoy in an online PS games is the temporary cheat free environment when it's first released.

Things I hope for are; Sega banning and cracking down on ToS violiaters (i.e. cheaters), and Sega actively releasing patches should/when exploits arise.

Hm, most exciting for me definately has to be the new areas, weapons, and character customization. Offline doesn't intrigue me all that much, but I'll definately play through it. Other than that, getting back into the community and making new honest online friends is always fun.

I've read up on most of the features of PSU and to be honest I'm gonna have to play the game to actually understand truly how these all affect the gameplay and such.

What I'm most excited about is the chance to play a NEW Phantasy Star, it's been ages since PSO felt fresh and even longer since the last single-player PS game.

I'm mostly excited about the new planets characters types, fighting system, weapons, vehicles,Beasts cause they're my favorite as anonymous said on the polls over and over. also I like the movements, monsters and I'm really looking forward to the combat.

I'm looking forward to that first day as well... I already know how it's gonna be.

We'll all gather at one place. Hook up whatever systems we're gonna use "Go PC GO~!" and play the first day in the same room. We all make our characters, we talk to friends in our Online group and ask what they're doing, hell we might make it a huge event and just call everyone or use some type of conference call. XD

Anyway, it's just that... That first day of being on the game, excited, bs'in about making our characters and the first dungeon runs... We'd have to split up into different teams since 6 may not be enough. But it's just that moment, the first dragon fight and everything else. And that "Damn... We're finally here" feeling of it all. Unravelling everything will be great too, but I don't think ANYTHING beats the first day.
