Well, if you're too young to have a credit card I don't want you online! http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_biggrin.gif

Oh well, them's the breaks.

There are games where you can buy online play top up cards though, in stores.

Give that a look or play some free online Tetris/checkers/bubble games!

Man's got a point. Either find a way to convince people (probably parents you're living with) to drag your ass online. They'll test if you're worthy of the realms of my internets. Either that, or go play some free online pc games, bunch of them already.

Start off on corny flash games. You can probably find a bunch of at newground's portal. A step up, and you'll find yourself playing stuff such as Runescape (http://www.runescape.com) and Kingdom of Loathing (http://www.kingdomofloathing.com).

Surely, your mind demands more than such boring games. Once you tire of those, go look into Gunbound (http://www.gunbound.net), Rakion (http://www.rakion.net) (also made by same company), and Maple Story (http://www.mapleglobal.com).

If you're still not sastified, then your last major step is to go look into purchasable online games. This ranges from classics, such as Worldcraft III (http://blizzard.com/war3/), CounterStrike (http://www.counter-strike.net/), and Guild Wars (http://www.guildwars.com/). All of these are relatively populat games, with a decent number of cult followers and hardcore gamers. But they're all purchasable at your local game shop, can play online, with no recurring fee. Actually. All of Blizzard's online games can be played online for free, as they all access the same battle.net servers.

It's usually the final level of online gaming, where developers receive a recurring/monthly fee that receives active support. Hence, sega eats 9 bucks a month, and you play on their dedicated servers. Obviously, the financial cost will filter a good amount of assholes, but they'll always be around. It's this level where people would be playing stuff like Lineage II (http://www.lineage2.com/), PSO, and Ragnarok Online (http://iro.ragnarokonline.com/) (official servers)

Then again, there are obviously a bunch of solutions to that last step, monstly involving private servers and such. But I doubt I'm allowed to post more information regarding that, so I'll shush. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

There are a good amount of ways to keep yourself entertained online. It's just a matter of finding it.

Oh, and -2 for internet censorship. -_-;

Wow, wait a minute here. First, I am old enough to own a credit card, however i'm not liable to own one. Second, i'm talking PSO not online games in general. PSO is the only game I can't play online, as it's the only one I own that requires a credit card to do so.

It's the hunter's licence, it's the problem. PSO requires a hunter's licence, a hunter's licence requires a credit card and now I require mental treatment.

Offline's still pretty good for PSO, just get some friends to play with you so you're not solo all the time.

Well. Ask momma or papa for a credit card? Ask a friend if you can use theirs and pay them in cash in return.

^ My parents don't want anything to do with me, and the few friends I have are greedy bastards.
You see? The whole fucking world doesn't want me online.

Time to take drastic action.

Find out about Credit Cards you can prepay money into their accounts and use for online play.

In the US they're at supermarkets and banks.

They have terribly high service charges.

For non US, go check the forum search for the General forum. There was a link someone gave to such cards for international use I believe.

Also take a chill pill.

Another player going online whose parents don't want him to, and doesn't have any friends is not a fun player to be around.

I will most definitely give this a try, so thank-you.
