Oooh I thought it over.

All wimpy internet nerds can buy and wield a lightweight katana.

Not everyone makes real life medieval weapons and TRAINS with them like real old timey men with metal chain mails.

And well that plasma sword in Halo 2 has some following now.

Plasma Sword > Katanas with fake make up as you go along and remember from anime special moves.

Ruroniouinihuijinijuo Kenshin is highly known for all those junk special moves, anti DBZ style as in they explain them for 10 minutes after using them and calling them out.
