no i saw the preivew and i couldn't tell if it was a comedy like flubber with weird things dancing or a horror movie.

I think its a horror/comedy.

Maybe along the same lines as Shaun of the Dead, Eight Legged Freaks,and Evolution maybe?

I saw a commercial for it last night. Needless to say, I was a little grossed out. I probably won't see it because well, I just don't think it looks interesting enough to see. Mmm. Slugs.

Reminds me of the movie "Night of the Creeps", in which there were also little 'slugs' that would get inside the heads of people and corpses, and take control of the body.

It'll be a rental though, not something I'd goto the theatre to see.

Actually, after looking over the site, notes, and so on, I think I'm actually going to enjoy it. It's very much the kind of movie that harkens back to the days of Basket Case, The Thing, and The Fly(etc).

Dark humor/horror movies have always been a fave, personally. As well, they've made use of animatronic as well as CGI supposedly, and I'm all for animatronics.

Hmm... perhaps I should look into it more. I am a pessimist by nature, so at first glance it didn't look all that great.
