Yea, boring if you don't enjoy a good story in anime, and only mindless repetitive action then it not for you.

City Hunter?

I played a craptacular game for SNES by that name. I figured it would have Jackie Chan dressing up as Chun Li in it a la my $6 DVD movie, but no!!!!
