Can anyone out there tell me what's happenin' to my ATA?

Hey peepz out there. I need help on my level 23 HUmar's ATA. My ATA has been at 77 since level 19 and now Im at 23 and it's still at level 77! When I level up and it says "ATA +2" or something like that, it really doesnt gain or anything!!!!!!! It just stays at 77, so because of that, I have sucky weapons. Every other stat gains just fine except my ATA. Someone ou there please tell me what's happening and help me fix this problem.

try leveling up your mag level up its power using sol atomizers could work i have a level 200 mag and im was using a db saber on lv 19or 20 thats the only thing i can figure
