There will most likely be rare weapons. However, that hasn't been confirmed yet.

Considering that PSO was founded on collecting rare and powerul weapons/armor, I'd guess so. There wouldn't be a whole lot to do if there were no rare items actually.

im pretty sure they will have rares but how many?i mean in pso there was basically more rares than normal weps lol
