Can anyone out there tell me what's happenin' to my ATA?

Hey can any one please tell me what's happening to my ATA? I have no idea, the prob is, even when I level up, and it says that I gained 1 ATA point, It just stays at 77 and nothin happens!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im a leve 23 HUmar and I dont know whats going on!!!!! The other stats work fine, I only got problems with my ATA, someone please tell me how to fix this problem.

when you look at your ATA is it yellow?
if so its maxed out, but 77 is a little low to be maxed out

Hey thanx for the reply. If anyone else out there knows what's goin on, please help me cuz my ATA is NOT yellow.
