So what does this mean, I'm still trying to figure this out. I thought it was going to be a simultaneous release. I even checked out gamespot and they said Jun 1 2006. I just wonder when they will give us a REAL release date.

The official sites are a bit notorious for having outdated info, and I don't think that even the retailers have an accurate idea of when the game will be released at this point. Sega's latest press release stated Fall 2006, so I think that's the best we have to go on right now.

We'll surely get a north american release date at E3, sinc ethe japanese beta will be over, they will surely know the date for JP, and if they do, US isnt that hard to figure

Well it might be as kingdom hearts 2, they only announced the date not even 1 month before it was released. And it was sooner than retailers expected, let's hope it happens with PSU too, the sooner , the better

Amen to that. From all the new news about PSU being put on Xbox360, and Beta only being released now...I honestly feel as though US will not receive the game until fall 2006. But I think most of you are like me and realize that the wait is well worth it. It's definitely plausible. However, June for the US would definitely be pushing it. July and August are possible, but I still wouldn't expect Sega to get that motivated. Much later than that and they may just wait til around Thanksgiving since that is such a huge shopping time. They have to play the hype right, you know.

We can always hope that it comes out that early though. ^_^;
