PSU downloader

I downloaded a exe file that sounds really promissing; its called PSU_Beta Downloader. But it brings me to a screen that I can't get past, its in Japanese -_-. Could anyone who'se gotten the beta (assuming this IS the beta) help me out at this screen:

yea you click that big blue button then it will ask you for your user id and pass that sega sent you. If you haven't received your id and pass this is as for as you go.
