The thing that ticks me off the most is that Sega essentially lied to its customers. I was told that if I had participated in the Episode 4 beta and kept my account going, I'd be in future betas as well. Guess I now know what a promise from sega(J) means. *cancels JP Blue Burst account*

I meant quit whining as I've seen him being a grump about it on irc far too much lately, and as far as I know, he's also "borrowing" someone's account. Yeah, if I was promised a spot in PSU beta, I'd probably be really pissed, too >_> I'm sure it's not cause they didn't want an english person in the beta, or because he lied about his info, but probably because they forgot and hoped customers would too, or it was just a lie, blah. Using the "Rant Forum" excuse to complain about petty things is just as bad as using the "FKL" excuse to act like a dickhead. Jon_F had been going on and on about not getting a confirmation E-mail for the JP-PSU Beta ever since the first batch of E-mails were delivered, despite the fact that there are other batches of mails to be sent, and he isn't even a resident of Japan.

And did you wake up on the wrong side of your bed? You sure got unnecessarily negative.

Uhh... not really.

Rants for ranting. There are no rules to how big or small the problem has to be for a rant to be a rant. FKL is for fun, it is not made for someone to be a dickhead.

The Rant forum is for rants, not whining. He got into the beta probably a couple hours after he originally posted this topic, so there isn't a problem anymore (which should warrent a lock).

Guys, this is unnecessary.
It was a rant about Jon not being able to be in the beta, which I think is resolved by now. So this rant is now, irrelevant.
But not before you guys eventually derailed it to what is rant & not, which I think is silly too.
