you have to keep leveling it up until it takes a humanoid form, for example an android girl

i wonder if there are different evolutions, like the more weapons you create, the more hardcore melee fighter your PM would be.

I doubt many beta testers will have a humanoid PM by the time Beta ends. It takes a long time for a PM to reach that level and most players would rather spend their remaining time fighting.
