Thought I should share it, since this currently seems to be the best site for information on the game aimed at people that already have access to the beta. You might need an online translator to get most of it, but perhaps this page would make a good starting point for information, for when PSOW is going to expand its guides after the NDA ends.

Well, if you haven't had the chance to play it yet, it probably wouldn't be as interesting to you yet, since PSOW has a lot of non-number information already. But this page has a start for a number of very interesting guides; in regard to items, Photon Arts, Partner Machinery raising, and perhaps even more interestingly, to item synthesis. Maybe there'll be a localized Wiki like this later on too.
And don't feel bad, even though my PC can display Eastern languages just fine, I still need to look up a lot of the keywords on the site too, so. >_>;
