Hear me out. Xbox was made first in US then shipped to other countries. Now Japan is making games for it. That means people in Japan will play the games first before US. Shouldn't It be the US that plays the game first since they made it? ~goku kichigai~

No. If a country makes games for a system, no matter where that system is made, they decide who they want to sell it to first. Just because the US made Xbox doesn't mean Japan has to give all their idea to Bill Gates so he can get more money before them.
