<Me> ... Thank you, may I please have the spelling for Aaron?
<Caller> Z-r-i-n-e-s-t
<Me> Okay, Zrinest, thank you.

<Me> Now is Aaron spelt with an A or an E?
<Caller> Yes, a Z.
<Me> ... Thank you Ma'am, Now for his first name, is it spelled with an E like elephant, or A like away?

<Me> Oh I see, well if you give me the address and number, I can easily get it for you

<Me> Okay... searching... found it, the number is <same number she just said> thank you.


I think I'm gonna like working at Excell >_>

gives me good laughs =3

too bad though that they fire you right away if you so much as even swear or insult the caller o.o

Don't worry, I'll take the heat if you screw up. Believe it or not, I sometimes let a cuss word out and insult people from time to time.
