Will it be availible to the US folks with the game when we all get it on the 29-30? I'm just wondering if SEGA actually cares about us US Players??

Considering the track record on the DC(US still doesn't have all the quests) I'd say a big NO.

Every game company likes to make money. Money runs the world. So they are most interested in #1 getting money(more specifically, profiting). So they raised the rate per month to a $9 bill and now they will grow richer than ever as if they actually needed more money(What are they gonna do with it? Make more and better games?).
