Yes. No mags, just PM's, thus no blast. (Unless the PM has a blast, which is unlikely)

To me, Nanoblasts and SUV weapons are the new PBs. They're just a bit different, but they're also 'special moves' you can initiate once in a while after having and been inflicted decently high amounts of damage.
