The W-D State's Icon Lab workers have joined up with the Discult's alchemists to create a new Hybrid Icon at the secret laboratory codenamed...

...The Hidden PHAIL Lab...

After extensive development, an *omfgschplosion occurred at the lab. The new hybrid is loose and has cloned itself. PHAIL http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_disapprove.gif and PSOlchohol. The new hybrid's PHAIL levels were off the chart.

So far, the P H A I L has only been used twice (I think only once, but I might have used it another time), because of it's Overkill-Phailage
