ok, so that picture + caption makes a good point, and VOICE CHAT will be EXCLUSIVE for the 360, and PLUS servers or 'lobbys' will be limited to 1000 players each...and also the 360 release date seemed a little more concrete than the rest...

so now w/o the worry of underpopulation...(because i guarantee at least 1000 xbox 360 players will buy this game) what will you choose?

I'll probably get the ps2 version because I dont like playing games on my pc and I dont have a 360.

There are six universes

Each universe holds 1,000 people

That maximum people that can play online is 6,000

I have always preferred to play online RPGs in PC, so thats my choice. And actually, not having voice communication is a plus for me.

Kamica: 6 servers in beta, most days. At least one day, there were 10. We really cant know how many servers there'll be.

Ooh... I forgot about that little bit... Yea, thats actually a huge plus for me too... I'd rather not hear little cute newman girls with deep masculine voices... Plus I'm much more comfortable with typing than real chatting... Hence why I am an online junkie...

This is the part I'm stressing over.
Should I get PS2, because the controller will be easier to use instead of having to buy an attachment for the PC?

Or do I pre order the PC version because it'll look prettier, lol

hhahaahah wow i didnt think about that either. man i have a feeling theres going to be a lot of voice masking on the 360. lil girls voice but behind that is a guy in his 20's trying to act like a girl to others. freaky stuff aint it. lol

PlayStation 2... Only because its the only capable system in both my moms and my dads house; I only have one computer that can actually run it decently.

360

I just like to play using a controller, and the PS2 doesn't have as good graphics as the PC and 360 versions.

Perhaps if I could get a controller that connected to the PC, I'd get that version for it.

Easily done! Just use your 360 Controller *if its not wireless* on your PC and download the driver. lol.

Voice chat makes me not want to play the 360 version, because most likely ill have to hear a bunch of underage kids using leet terms. And chances are there will be a way to use voice on PC version, ST approved or not.

PC will prob have more support and more options, and using a controller for this game is awfull.

Compairing PSO Xbox/GC to PSOBB on PC, controller sucked horribly. I dont remember how I could of played the game with a controller back in the day.

Wow... Ya really think so? Well, to each his own I suppose... Personally, I would never choose a Keyboard as my control input given any alternatives... I may be playing on PC, but I will playing happily with a PS2 controller http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

Well I am still going for the ps2 version cause I think that psu is a console style rpg. I dont think that the pc will be able to give me the console great rpg feeling that the ps2 version will give me. The game was made to be played with a controller I think. When it comes to graphics I dont think that there will be much diffrence except the resolution. And the thing that the resolutuin affects is how much of the screen the energy bara and such will take. At least thats the only diffrence I c. When it comes to light effects and such then I think the versions will be equal. But graphics aint the important part. The important part is gameplay. I dont have a 360 cause I dont like Xbox that much. I have a pc but since I think the gameplay will be the best for the ps2 then I will get it for my ps2 http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif. Thats my opinion at least. Pc and ps2 have for sure linked servers however I do hope that the 360 version will be linked as well. C you all in Psu!! http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

PC version for me. I've got an absolute fucking monster of a PC, and an Xbox 360 controller too.

hey, the PS2 will still look beautiful enough.

I seen screenshots of the other versions and graphically there isn't enough difference to care about. it's basically the same graphics.

The problem for me isn't the graphics, it is the resolution. I'm afraid that the online HUD may occupy a lot screen estate on the PS2 version. That is why I am going to get the PC version. Also, it'll be easier to take screenshots with the PC version.

Ill take the 360 version.

I think voicechat will rule once you find a bunch of nice people to play with. I will be playing as a girl, so my deep masculine voice will be strange, but hé: get yourself a sense of humor.
