I'd go with human.

Apparently Newmans have the second highest accuracy from what I've heard. Humes would be under them, followed by Beasties.

Newmans: High ATA, Low ATP
Humans: Med ATA, Med ATP
Beasts: Low ATA, High ATP

You pick which one you want

newmans may have the lowest atp, but if the game is anything like pso, the atp shouldnt matter, as long as they have good ata and can hit with their special attacks.
Also... It looks like RAnewearls stats are probably the most similar you can get to RAmarl from pso... Lowest atp RA, with higher end ata, and the highest evp in the game. (based off the starting stats)

Yeah, I'm going to go with a RAnewearl. Ramarls didn't do much less damage than other rangers so it shouldn't be a problem but would the low ATP matter if I tried walking to the enemy and hitting them with a saber... I'm going to do that even though it won't be effecive... it will be fun.
