I got Twin Chakram (30% Machine, IIRC, and fully ground), Twinkle Star (0/0/0/50/50), and a Madam's Umbrella.

What %s does your Crush Bullet, Meteor Smash, Meteor Cudgel, and Frozen Shooter have?

You're tekking wrong.

The lowest %s you can get is 5%. When you tek unknown weapons, %s vary plus or minus as much as 10%. That -5% could have been tekked to 15%.
