Calling for Clarfication

Huh, I'm confused. I just got online with v1 (after starting a new file of course; Ihave both versions for Dreamcast). I remember it being mentioned somewhere that I'd never be able to use PSOv1 again, or that it'd be rendered useless.

So, now, I'm wondering...

1.) Was this just referring to my character as soon as I transferred it to v2?

2.) Can I still play with v2 if I renew my Hunter's License?

1. Once a character is ported to V2, they can't be used in V1 anymore. Your V1 disc will still work normally, just not with any migrated characters.

2. Last I checked you could still renew your HL. If you really..want to.
