The one thing other fighters should use from Dead or Alive is most certainly the dynamic arenas.

Being able to smash different parts of it as well as get thrown from one mini-arena to another is awesome.

Doesn't work too well, either way. I think you need a logical medium, if you want realistic fighting. Then again..

considering if you have the right XBOX demo game disk you can upload certain DOA Volleyball suits into the game (not sure if it's for 2 or 3 or both) it's really not all that impressive. granted, they aren't the super skinny ones, but meh, the more the better.
