You buy a PCI card for your PC. Plug it into an empty PCI slot, install the software, plug in your source for captures, and use the software to take the captures.

How much are they, and where can I get one?

I got mine (http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=10316071&loc=101) from buy.com. But you could get it from any store like bestbuy or circuit city.

If I get one and install it. Could I then use my computer (monitor) and play PSO GC on my computer? Because I would buy one just for that...

rbf, if you use that thing to play your GC, does it work by audio/video inputs or that other thing...RF unit...? Also, does that mean that you just plug the GC modem phone line into the PC modem?

Pfft, I play my Xbox, Dreamcast, and Saturn on mine.

I'd play my Genesis/Sega CD on it too, if I had a place to put them. Right now they're stored under my TV until I find a place for them. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif
