Hay Shattered Weasel.
Whats power girl's power?
Do they shoot out lasers or something? Machine gun jubblies?
Is her power to inspire the rapid enlargement of phallisisisisis(phalli?)?

Shattered_weasel

Actually the creator of her wanted to make her boobs grow every issue until someone noticed. Too bad he left early.

She is a Super Girl from another universe so alas she has all the powers of Superman. She was weakened so I don't know where her powers lie now though.

DizzyDi

So shes super girl?
'Cept instead of skirt she wears a leotard.
And she has crazy mad huge chesticles.
Right.

Hay btw Shattered, since you're such a comic book fan, have you read Origin yet? My dad bought it for me and I read through it that same day. Thought it was pretty cool, but theres lots of questions that it still hasn't answered for me yet. =

Shattered_weasel
Jun 8, 2006, 10:17 PM
Yep that's Power Girl.

You mean the Wolverine:Origin. I have not read it but I have skimmed through it and I know the basic story. What questions do you have though that are in need of being answered?

DizzyDi
Jun 8, 2006, 10:27 PM
Well the book hints that Wolverine and Sabretooth have the same dad. Since when James (Young Wolverine) kills Logan Sr. (Sabretooth's dad) alluva sudden James' mom is fond of Logan Sr. She says "Oh god Thomas what have I done?" or something along those lines. Also, what happened to James' older brother? Its pretty obvious that he was a mutant but how did he die? What were those scars on James' mother's body? If James is a mutant, his grandpa is, why isn't James' father one? And why isn't Logan Sr. one either?

Shattered_weasel
Jun 8, 2006, 10:40 PM
The mutant gene does not always get passed down from parent to child. It is just like if your Mother has blue eyes; it does not always mean you will have blue eyes.

That is all I can answer now. I have't read the story. I will probably pick it up over the summer. Than maybe I can answer them.

O yea and also take into consideration that Wolverine now knows ALL of his history now and has gone on a rampage on all the people who has "screwed" him over.

These questions are answered in Wolverine: The End.

An extremely aged Wolverine has taken to living on his own, having little contact with the outside world and only talks to a voice in his head (A voice that constantly berrate shim and puts him down). After Sabretooths funeral, Wolverine come sout of hiding, does some stuff (I cant remember what as the story was already a bit wierd) and eventually meets up with his older brother in some asian mountains. His brother also has the Healing Factor plus his Bone Claws, which automatically puts him a level above Wolverine who still has the adamantium wielded to his bones.

Brother tells him the whole backstory, wants to try and take over the world, yaddah yaddah yaddah and then...I missed the last issue. It wasnt too great anywho.

Keep in mind though that the Marvel 'The End' stories are not in continuity as such, they are a possible end to a characters life.

Yep, Bishop is with the Uncanny team and has been a really good character throughout. I really recomend the last 2 years worth of Uncanny Comics as they have been some of the most enjoyable comics Ive read. Chris Claremont has also been making a lot of references and continueing plots from the 1985 Captain Britain series and Excalibur, which is very cool. Oh, and the recent art is freakin lovely.

Shattered_weasel

I need to start picking up Excalibur so I can learn what is going on with Nocturne.

She needs to go back to the eXiles so we can have two hot chicks that are "odd" colors.

Gambit your wardrobe has always confuzzeled me.

Also it should be noted that Gambit has another mutant ability. The ability to charm people. I am not making this up. Gambit is THE ladies man.

So I have this one:

I need to scan that cardboard piece on the back which shows how weak his mutant powers are, and why his charm is there to make up for it.

The Sentinel giant hand base is a nice addition that comes with it:

Granted when I ask for the toppings I choose from the types on my Chalupa I get the shaft and the same old regular lettuce, greened tomatoes and cheese. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

It is illegal. Not likely to be pressed charges against, but it is possible. And in the event charges were pressed it would be a federal suit.

And, mind you, the federal government 'owns' all of the representations of currency. It's considered defacing of federal property when you do stuff like write on money and whatnot. It's annoying too because it means it gets pulled out of circulation faster to be destroyed which means more money must be spent to produce the currency to compensate for that loss.
