Need some advice

It seems like i've been training for ages just to be able to give ultimate a good try. I'm finding Forrest hard and cave stupidly hard. I need some advice on how ultimate could be made easier for me. Here's my character stats.

My weapon of choice is a meteor smash +25 but I also use a Justy-23ST +15 which raises my ATP to 1311. Here's my equipment.

All I seem to do is spend my time healing and piping back. I'm off line by the way. I keep hearing about people who are Lv80ish on Ultimate Ruins, so I gotta be doing something wrong. Any advice would be humbly recieved.

First you might wanna start another mag. 0.O It has mind on it? Your a raCAST, mind boosts MST, you don't have any. Then you should keep checking the Weapon shop, because you never know when your gona find a nice Pair on MECHGUNS with hit. And Meteor smash is like one of the worst rare shots. Aim for a Final impact. But IMO Mechs>shots when soloing. And make sure when you are trying to kill something get just far enough so that if they try and surround you, you can juke your way out. And don't try and be rambo and go rushing into a room and start shooting because you can probably only do that with a FS(frozen shooter), so I suggest you stand from a far and wither their life til' they're dead. I agree, the meteor smash is one of the first rares i found, in hard ruins, therefore you can deffinetly find a better shot. whats your section ID? Maybe you can go back to v. hard ruins and look for a nice pair of Vulcans. Another mag would probably be a good idea, the 14 you have on MIND could probably work better for you on POW. It shouldn't be that hard if you just carry it with you when doing runs.

He is a greennill. When I first beat V.Hard Dark Falz I was Lv85, so I've been doing loads of training on the ruins already, probally found all the relivant rares there. It's a viscious circle, I need better weapons to progress but I need to progress to find better weapons. At the moment I'm just door snipping on Ultimate Caves with my rifel (Justy) I talked about above but I'm used to getting stuck in with a shot. takes about six hits with my rifle (Justy) to kill one of those crazy bear things.

Whenever you go up to pioneer 2, always always always check the weapon shop. You never know when you'll find some gatlings, or something with hit%. I cannot stress that enough. Mechguns will help you more than a shot or rifle unless that rifle has demons, or dark as a special. But a nice pair of gatlings, repeaters, or vulcans will definitely make ult easier. And I know what your talking about with the endless circle of tedious tasks, but it'll only make the game more fun for you in the end product.

The first thing i would try is definately a new mag, 43 def is way too much and you dont need mind at all. Also for the mag, try to make one that casts s/d on you a lot, a Rati would do nicely for this. Your equipment should be fine for awhile, but if you feel you need something much better, try hunting yourself a Frozen Shooter in Ult Forest.

OK cheers people. I got tons of vulcans because I keep all yellow named weapons wether they're rare or not. I started a new mag a couple of days ago who I'm using mag planners to make sure i get the maximum Pow I can. I'll just perserveer with door sniping and pray for rares. I know y'all got no love for shots but they make mince meat out of bosses cause of the multiple targets on them.

You dont have to pipe the creatures to hunt them. dont pipe anything much anymore because i think its too damn boring. He can just do Forest of Sorrow runs til he gts a torr.

When you get a frozen shooter you will do alot better because I have a lv93 RAcaseal and she can alrady play in the Ult mines and I have a snow queen (not very usefull except against groups of enemies) that my friend gave me.

1. Scrap the Meteor Smash...i tried my RAcast on ULT with a Crush Bullet...not good idea
2. Get Mechs...my level 143 RAcast can OWN almost everything but parts of the ruins with my H&S25 justice (40/25/25/0) see if you just keep hunting baic rares they may have unbelievable %'s
3. raise new mag
4. Keep trying!

Remember that mechs with higher hit% are realy helpful and if you can get one with high hit and other %'s you with have an even easier time.
