Always have had robots.

The Dwemer built machine guards.

Yeah, and when you kill them, you get scrap metal sometimes, but i just dont bother with it, cuz it's too heavy, unless i make it into a resist shock potion right away.

I prefer Daedric ruins, however, because you can get daedric weapons and armor, and they have teh best heavy rating.

the Dwenmer ruins have that bug looking armor. I was to lazy to find it so I just killed the guard in the castle-esqu port city, stashed it away, payed my fine then went back it picked it up. Most of my characters are theif based though, I love having high sneak and being able to run and jump fast by mastering no armour or light armour and acrobatics. Then with Ondusi's Open Door spells you can save on your lockpicks as well. And in Oblivion, damn sneak attack good, 3x or 6x damages (eventually it's always 6x) with bow, blade or blunt.

yeah, that's the one, nice statue in town center. But god I hate those wizard towers with all that levitation in small spaces crap. After I beat the game I made it a point to kill every damn wizard, down with House Telvanni, mwahahahaha.

Took me a while, but finally did it.
