...that had maybe 20 seconds or so near the end where it showed off some of the character customization and creation? I was looking for it to show it to some people, but none of the listed videos I've seen so far seem to be the correct one.

In the character portion of the video it showed off such aspects as the body and face morphing, eye color chart, etc.
