they just look cool and they make your character look evil but if you have the jester' hat on a newman then it is prolly better to go with the tail because then it won't get all in your pom-poms as I call them

I voted for Devil's Wing because it is the second best (In my opinion) in looks.
the angel's wing mag when used on a all-white FOmarl with angel harp or holy ray...

Make a character on a theme. Then you choose the mag. The rare mags give you the chance to make a special kind of character. So I say they are all cool when used apropriatly. My RAcaseal has a Nidra that is like 2-3 meters away from her. It looks like a Navi followinf Link if she is in green and the mag is white.
