Just get Skype, Xfire, Teamspeak.... any voice chat program. You can voice chat but you need to have buddies with it and Teamspeak requires a paid server.

lol the way i see it chose ur faith xbox witch cant connect with ps2 and pc but allowed to usmic or ps2 connectec with pc ==30 times more fun with more peps errr i chose ps2 cant stand pc even with my game pad

Even if you play it on PS2, you can just put your PS2 near your comp and use Skype/Vent/Teamspeak. It will just be easier to talk with people on your team with the XBox 360 version, I suppose.
