From what I heard, we can't just experiment with items to build weapons. We need boards but when the game comes out, will the boards be posted in forums and such or will you actually need the board to create the item?

I believe the board is an in-game item that you buy or find and give to your PM.

The recipe board is an item that you will have to give to your Partner Machinery.

So the answer would be no.... I guess it makes sense. That way the "recipe" can't be spammed everywhere all over the internet and EVERYONE will know. So it's harder ;_;

It'll be somewhat harder than that, but by knowing the recipe in advance, you can start collecting the appropriate ingredients.

Boards should have ingredients for intermediate special weapons. not rares. rare making SHOULD take time and experimenting.

wheres this stuff about synthesis?
I read just about everything in the PSU section at pso-world but dont recall seeing something about synthesis, mind droppin a link?

Partner Machinery are used for synthesizing items.

you can make/improve weapons and stuff with it.
