What would you do if the game was delayed again?

Today , while fulfilling my credit card for it to be billed as soon as my imported psu is shipped, i been overcome with a fear of it being delayed again.

I did ( like everyone here) resist delay by delay but i do not know what i would do if it was delayed again without any decent explanation.

( and no , " we...ehm...delayed it cause...hmm....improving some ...sorta things you know...:" isnt a decent explanation)

What you would do?

Theyve delayed it, what? Little over a year now? I really cant see them doing it any further, unless it came down to financial or legal reasonings.

I'd send some angry E-mails; go to Japan and murder everyone at Sonic Team in cold blood except for Yuji Naka, who I will have a Katana fight with him with flames surrounding us and make the game myself after I beat him; or get a fix by playing PSOBB. I really don't mean the second one, but it would be so cool if I can do it.

Developers delay games so they can finish it. They add content, fix bugs, smooth the UI, and beef security.

Anyone saying otherwise is showing a basic failure to understand the design and development process.

Anyone who suggests that developers do it to annoy gamers is stupid.

It's will be like Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, if its delayed we would have to wait longer like it or not, but the final product will be worth it.

besides there are some great games coming out in September and especially October (4 major games!), so there is plenty to keep oneself occupied if it ends up getting delayed again.

but I think the era of delays are over, they already delayed it 3 times.

I'd just keep playing FFXI til the game comes out. Not like it's killing me. I could also work overtime, get stuff going on my car, watch anime. There's plenty that I can do, I just want to be able to do those AND have PSU. The game'll come out when it does, and I'll still buy it.

I lost my love for FFXI a LONG LONG LONG LONG LONG time ago. I plan on logging on sometime within the next few days, saying bye to all my friends, giving away my items, make a HUGE commotion in J-town, get banned (already been to jail twice. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif ) and cancel my account.
Until PSU comes out....uhm....I'unno what I'll be playing. I don't play games as much as I used to anymore anyway so...Prolly a random game here and there.
