PSO GC online down?

Hi, i decided to fire up PSO GC for old times sake but it get an error saying "line is busy, try again later"

So is the game just temporarly down or is it a problem on my behalf?

I think its temporarily down because i cant get on either but im having a different problem. Mine loads and everything but it doesnt greet me or let me enter any ships http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

^yeah, that's what happens to me, but if you leave it long enough eventually the error i described pops up.

Anyways, didn't realise this was being discussed at the tech section so mods feel free to lock this
