Hi & welcome.
Unless I'm mistaken, you aren't familar with or confused about 'online'. This commnity is a message board at core, meaning you make topics, posts & reply. That's the method of 'talking' here. ;]

If you are thinkig about talking/chatting online, in PSO game, then you'd have to connect PSO to Sega's server to play & chat. If it's about the game's true talking function, it's available in Xbox verion.
