Getting Online (Again)

I've started playing PSO again, and now that US servers are down, I wanted to know what I could do to get Online again. I've heard that I could get onto European servers...is their any special things i have to do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No, the US servers are still up. Sega's Login servers for GC are down, so you can't login.
JP HLs still work.
The only way I can think of is that you buy an EU HL.

Just wait for the US login servers to be up which should be soon.
