yes I found it and i'm not in Uk and I found a Frozen Shooter.

Oh well. I also found the Frozen Shooter too (when I couldn't be bothered looking for it, whaddaya know, a 'Torr appears). Also, does PAL version have lower chance of rares appearing, as I play for hours and still no 11 star weps, apart from my Summit Moon and Twinkle Star.
