It wouldn't make a sound... you need the butt cheeks to clap for the fart to make sound.

Ever think of how funny it would be if dog's farts made sound?

Dog farts DO make sound. Hell, my dog wakes up whenever she lets one loose. It's not the cheeks that flap anyway.
