The official Phantasy Star Universe site has Xbox 360 listed, the E3 Interview with Takao Miyoshi we have on the PSOW homepage mentions it on Xbox 360. Your quote is old or just wrong.

Yeah that's quite the old one. I think that was from an extremely early interview or whatnot. Am I right?
