Isn't Hawaii part of the US? and if so shouldn't PSU be out there in october? Just go to your local EBGames and ask them about PSU, and see if you can order it from them, or wait till it does come out, and order it from eBay

I wouldnt expect, if i were you, to have some random person buy and send you a copy of this game. It would cost them a fortune with shipping and all that jazz! Even If you pay, the sender would still be paying the upfront money and risking you not paying them
