Am I the only one who sees this? If so consider some of this:

- A large part of PSO is hunting items.
. DDwBP easily provides anyone with items they might otherwise never own.

- 9/10 people are sucked into epIV solo mode
. So much for multiplayer http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

- Item values/Trade Market
. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif trading is basically over with

- I guarantee that about a month from now, there will be a signifigant decline in the Blue Burst population. Sonic Team wants to milk this game for all it's got, well damn did they start milking too soon http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_nono.gif

I guess this could happen, to some extent. Don't discount the power of multiplayer, though. I think a huge part of PSO is the community, and not even DDwBP can eliminate that. Even if hunting elusive items becomes obsolete, people will still have to hunt Photon Crystals...even if that provides only a little solace.

Wait... episode 4 solo mode is out? Maybe I should come back to playing... when was it released? How long do they keep accounts non-dead?

XDXDXDXDXD

The population wasn't already dead? I'm sorry, but there was hardly anyone there. JPGC still has more people.

...Private GC has more people >_> <_<

Also, solo mode EPisode 4 is great. Well, if stages are selectable. Besides, if they're only going to solo mode for the quest, that means they'll be out in like 20 minutes, relax.

Thanks to cheating, trades haven't been good for a long time regardless.

My single problem with this quest is the retardedly easy rares.

Geeze, Private BB is on invite-only(less you're Chinese >_>), and it's a bigger population.

And he doesn't invite many people

PSO was ruined back in the DC days with duping and malicious hacks. Atleast now you get your own rares and don't have to get the same duped shit that everyone else has.

It gives people a chance to experience weapons they may never have obtained otherwise.

Pffft, give it a week when everyone's used up their photon crystals.

What happened when the new drops for ep4 were released? Everything was being sold dirt cheap. Now, prices have become slightly higher again. The same will most likely happen for most DDwBP prizes.

It doesn't need DDwBP's help to decrease the population. >_>

Like Rath said, wait until everyone spends their PCrystals.

Plus, there aren't THAT many items to hunt. As soon as people stop whoring it out to get the items they want, DDwBP will die out.

By no means is DDwBP the downfall of PSO. The downfall of PSO was this little device known as the AR.
