Seems every bit of news I find is a day late and a dollar short, but I'll try again.

Famitsu will be publishing a PSU strategy guide entitled "Phantasy Star Universe: Perfect Bible" in October.

Also, NTT will be selling a PSU design Net Cash Card. It will only be available in 3000 yen increments.

why do they even call it that?

Calling a game stragety guide that is an insult to various religions. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

its an insult to the guidebook. when i hear bible, i think of a book filled w/ fairy tales and lies. sure, psu is not "real" in the sense that ethan waber is a real human, so maybe thats what they were thinking.

hmm..
fairy god mother, easter bunny, god, tooth fairy, ethan waber. ok, "bible" makes sense now. i figured it out.

not really.

The term 'bible' can be used for books of highly detailed refrence.

many video games have 'art bibles' that the developers can refer to to keep their work on track.

I hope they keep the name for an american strategy guide http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif does it come with a rappy rosary? I would definetly pay extra for that http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

although I actually do have plenty of rosaries... why do I even have more than one 0_o?

That's a pretty harsh and insultive view in my opinion and I'm not even all that reiligous. Either way the likely hood of it staying that way in the states is unlike for reason probably stated already.

Aye, christians will lose their damn minds if it retains the bible name. They always get hung up on really pitiful stuff like that, like gay marriage.....jewish symbols.....scientific advancements, etc.

Just remember people....if pso had christians, we wouldnt have our newman's lmfao.

No worries, it's all in good fun...I hope. Poking fun at our fellow men is for some reason a part of human livelihood, and being able to take a joke is a sign of tolerance and of understanding for others. I just hope there isn't any malice for the good folks of the group being targeted by this wave of jokes.

I dont really many any harm, just alittle poking. I do admit though that i label groups/people. I dont see it as a bad thing though, labeling is fine as long as its not abused. Like me, calling me a white guy is labeling me as white (even though its true, its still a label). But if you flipped it a bit and said i love country music cause im white, than it would be wrong (just for info, i actually hate country music lmao.). I believe as long as the label is in whole correct, its fine. Such as what i said about christians being against many scientific advancements because they dont believe its right, such as stem cell research. Meh...im ranting....*hits self*

Hmm... well I apoglize for taking it the wrong way but I've listen to alot of this kind of thing lately and taken it the wrong way. Either way I removed the post since it was far too off topic anyway.

Seems cool, but I never even read the game guides. I like figuring things for myself (of course, if there are quests and random events that are like the Soul Eater and Akiko's Frying Pan quests, well I can't help looking, they are complicated to decipher by yourself...). Anyway, pso-world is a good source, so I don't see the point of paying for stuff I can get free.

Can netcash be purchased online? ?:|

Searching the site the answer looks to be no.

Unfortunately, Net Cash can no longer be purchased online. Before, it could be w/ a Japanese CC, but even that has stopped.

Ah that is a bummer. Did some more browsing and found this site but if what you said was true about the Japanese credit card then I guess that isnt an option either.

i think its weird you could buy netcash online in the past. just think about it for a sec:

why would someone use netcash over a credit card?
if for some reason, they are unable to use a credit card.

therefore, selling netcash online seems very useless. they prob stopped it b/c no one was buying.

Bi·ble
n.

2. A book considered authoritative in its field: the bible of French cooking.

The term "bible" is not restricted to only religious scriptures. It is perfectly correct to use it in the manner indicated by the aforementioned dictionary entry. Getting offended by the use of the term "bible" is merely ignorant.

Thanks for taking the words out of my mouth Kyuu. What is this stupidity I am witnessing?
