Dengeki Online (http://www.dengekionline.com/data/news/2006/8/10/350d7cb08b7110566c0e7bfba44fceaa.html) reports that the Phantas Star Universe soundtrack entitled FOR BRIGHTER DAY 〜Phantasy Star Universe Original Soundtrack which will be on 3 CDs and feature 69 songs will go on sale 10.12 for 3800 yen. 9 of the songs are reportedly also found on the Save This World Phantasy Star Universe Original Score CD which goes on sale 09.13.
