hmmm well each planet has their own main city people can use as a hub, but Parum seems to have a 2nd city tied to the gameplay as well.

I don't think it will be another homebase though, it looks like the 2nd city might be the city ruins in the trailer that takes place at dusk. very little info about it. Sounds like it was supposed to be metropolitan captial city established by the alliance. maybe it was taken over by SEED or something?

also, Hakura Temple is mentioned to be an inhabited location in Neudaiz. it's possible it doesn't take place anywhere within Ohtoku City, so it might count as a dungeon, perhaps. Although not sure if it can be visited online as well.

somethings I noticed too are the Linear Line screenshots. some are well lit and appear fully operational. but online as we have seen, those dungeons are dark and shattered looking. I think this is a clue to how different the offline and online enviornments can change over the course of the solar system's 3 year difference between both modes. They would have repaired those sections but maybe something 3 years later caused some sectors to get damaged and overtaken by monsters again?

oh. so maybe it's related to the great war or SEED. can barely imagine the fascinating enviornments that location may provide. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

lol http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_lol.gif I was thinking maybe that place would have like enviornments involving streets, highways and outdoor stuff like that, the time of day would be dawn or dusk, and countless ruined buildings far in the distance surround the explorable enviornments. But of course it would be neat if like the first area or two are outdoors, and the next is indoors and around shops and stuff like that. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif its the kind of location that would really stand out because most 'dungeon's are like natumostly natural terrain enviornments and caves and stuff like that. so ya, a city-like dungeon would offer more variety to the mix. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

wow that would be scary. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif we haven't even seen 30% of all the enemy types yet so I wonder what other kinds of monsties they come up with for that location and stuff.

In the translations I've done, I've seen Talcus' name mentioned many times. However, no new information has been revealed about it; all I've seen is what we've got in that section. Considering that it's supposed to serve as a capital city for the tripartite agreement though, I'd imagine it will serve a major role in the story.

It is a dungeon, complete with it's own boss: Agahna Degahna.

Mellvore is a city that was destroyed 18 years ago by an enormous explosion. We don't really know too much outside of that, but at least it looks like the story of the game will be taking us there. I'm looking forward to learning more about that place.

oh cool. what planet is Mellvore on? 18 years ago, that's definitely before the SEED invasion. so maybe the AMF had soemthing to do with it. or the great war.

I wonder how the Great War started and what caused the planets to form an alliance?

Mellvore is on Parum. It's in the northeastern section of the Raffon continent. As far as the explosion that destroyed the city, it wasn't caused by the Great War. That ended 82 years before the explosion. I've been under the impression for a while that it was caused by some accident similar to a nuclear power plant meltdown; perhaps an overloaded A-photon reactor or something of the like? I don't think anything specifically said that, however. I just got that idea in my head because when I first translated something about Mellvore, I had also been translating some information on photon uses, such as in A-photon reactors.

oh. so maybe an explosive accident. or maybe a cover up by the Endrum Collective. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

looked like a train station when i glanced at it. took a closer look to see that it is NOT. dam. i wanted to see some random monster getting hit by the train. reminds me of the halo 2 map: Terminal. then again that train pissed me off.

The pic up top? Actually, it is a train station. That's a section of the train platform. The hollowed out area is where the train runs; the stream of yellow lights above it is the track the train runs on.

Heh, it would be pretty funny to see the Linear Line plow through a group of enemies. I can see it now: a pack of little Panon waddle through the station when all of the sudden they get smashed by an oncoming train. XD

Hah hah! That would be awesome. I wonder if we can take the train to different areas.
