The first one is stretching it, and Hokuto and Haruka are fairly common Japanese names. I don't really know where you're going with this.

Well, I'm guessing that the Seko thinks that PSU is ripping stuff from .hack or vice-versa, just because they both use names that are only barely similar which are also somewhat common in Japan.

I noticed that too when I saw the city names but I don't really think they are ripping off them what reason would they have to?
