Transition from JP to US Version?

I was thinking about importing the game, but I'm wondering if once the US version comes out, will I be able to at least play on the US servers? Some how make the game use English text and such? Or will I always be stuck with the JP servers and text?

You're stuck on the JP servers. There is no regional linking. A lot of importers, myself included, are purchasing both the import and the domestic releases as they ship.

If you buy the English version, you will have to restart your characters. The US and JP servers will be seperate.

I'm gonna wait for the US version because the money to import the game, paying for the full import, and then buying the US version, that's quite an investment. and starting over??
