By the look of the text is setup (Since I can't read Japanese) I looks more like a interview. There red text like a question then black text throughout the whole section

I wish there was a better scan.
I don't have the best of eyesight, and that blur on the text almost totally renders the script illegible.
I can make out some of the katakana, but the rest is just lost on me.
Sorry, I can't be of much help here...
