Has anybody with the US version beat this guy yet if so what level were you and what did you us?
Im lvl 22 Humar with aIce mech and I still can't beat it

I wans't able to defeat the Gal Gryphon offline until I was around level 35 (hunewearl). Also, the boss of ep2, don't fight him until you're around level 45, I'm not joking.

i beat the foo at lvl 23 hucasteal. it was kinda hard. but i did it. took me a good while tho. i died 3 times but it was only like a minute or so into the game so it wasnt a bigg losss

Lol, Ive been r0x0ring it in episode one. Ima hea dover into Eps 2 later. If im in liek V. Hard mode in Episdoe 1 do i still have to beat normal and hard in Eps 2?

Gal Gryphon is the boss of central control area, your best using a handgun of some sort so that you can keep out of range of his huge shock wave.

Dang, only lev 14. You think 5 hours straight and going through Ruins would bring more levelige. I'm gonna have to work hard before taking these guys on.

I just beat Gal with my HUnewearl @lvl 22. It's all about handguns and Deband. I imagine one could get by at a lower level, so long as you don't go anywhere near the thing when it's standing still ;P
